How To Use Nigeria PHCN Bill/ Voter's Card to Verify Google Adsense Account

These is the problem most bloggers had when you have a google AdSense account approved and not yet to verify your address, we all know what its means google AdSense not yet verified.
This is one Annoying part of it we in Nigeria, Google Sent our PIN and it takes 4-5months before we can receive our and the 4-5 months is restricted to big cities i.e where their region is easy to located.
If you did not receive your PIN after Google might have sent it to you, you can request for re-issue right from your Adsense account. Google can reissue it for you for a maximum of three times.
Most we wait 4-5months before we can verify our address?
If you do this the third time...
Google brings up another alternative to verify your account.
You will be ask to send a digital picture of a government issued ID card, telephone bill, utility orbank statement displaying your picture on the ID card, full names and contact address.
If you are a Nigerian, you can easily use your voter’s card to verify your account because that is what must of us used in Nigeria and it was accepted in less that 24hours.
This is all you need do.
Scan Your voter’s card and sent it to them. You can also use yourPHCN bill, national ID card, Drivers license etc I guess what they want to see is your picture on the ID card, full names, and contact address and off course federal republic of Nigeria written at the top of the document you are sending.
Note that all details in your account must correspond with the document you intend to send.
