First Method if your operator is in the list Follow the steps below

Step 2. Extract all the files and run the setup
Step 3. Install the Software and proceed to below.
Step 4. Run "NokiaFREE Calculator"
Step 5. Select the mobile phone brand you are going to unlock.
Step 6. Select the Model Number.
Step 7. Enter the phone IMEI Number.
Step 8. Select the Country.
Step 9. Select the Operator.
Step 10. Click Calculate
2nd Method if your operator is not in the list
(Nokia Products Only)
Follow the given steps
Step 1. Open NokiaFree Calculator
Step 2. Click on the Options
Step 3. Under the Section "Nokia" Tick the Option "Expert Mode"

Step 5. Tick Select Model from IMEI
